As year 2020 came to a close and 2021 started, the heart could not help but hope for a new dawn – one which is not full of fear, apprehension and isolation. Those would probably be my preference for words that described the past year. And I pretty much took a self-imposed break from many things. But as they say – when it is right, it is right.
After the year that has been, it is only now that I felt ready to return to things I love the most – writing and baking. And writing about that baking! So when Pratibha from RasoiSaga reached out to me for the YouTube, it felt right. I knew this was my way of coming out of hibernation and shaking myself out of the haze that was surrounding me. I decided to bake and share a different recipe with some degree of familiarity with what I have been using so far.
The Low Carb Gluten-Free Broccoli and Cheese Tart. I baked this with coconut and almond flours for the crust.
